We are looking for a SEN Teaching Assistant (TA) with excellent Challenging Behaviour Management and Personal Care - £15000 per annum - Radlett, Hertfordshire - Fulltime - Permanent - Kickstart your SEN TA career today.

* SEN TA (Experience is not essential training will be provided)
* Permanent fulltime
* Working with children who have mild and complex Learning Difficulties.
* Ages 4-19
* £15000 per annum
* Training provided with bespoke opportunities and room to progress
* Employee assistance programme (Counselling, Info and Support)
* Hertfordshire (Radlett)
* DBS Certificate required

We are looking for an AMBITIOUS SEN TA who is passionate about working with SEN children and is CONFIDENT, MOTIVATED AND CONSISTENT!

Have you got previous experience working with children who have challenging behaviour? Are you trained/experienced on Team Teach/Breakaway Techniques/Physical Restraint?

Are you passionate about working with Vulnerable children who have Special Educational Needs and Learning Difficulties?

Are you effective at dealing with Challenging Behaviour?

If so, LOOK NO FURTHER, as this SEN TA role is just for you!

The Role - SEN TA:

A SEN TA should be confident and regardless of having experience or not, should have a DRIVE TO SUCCEED! An SEN TA should have outstanding communication skills to establish excellent working relationships with SEN children, parents and staff. A fantastic SEN TA will be empathetic and provide emotional, behavioural and academic support to SEN children.

Now, the successful candidate will have:

* Find the position of a SEN TA and to change a child's life rewarding.
* Passionate working with SEN children with additional needs, and resilient to do well.
* You will have good literacy and numeracy skills
* You will work close to secure the best possible outcome for all pupils
* Be motivated by any challenge that arises.
* Experienced or not, to be determined have a successful career as a SEN TA

The School: SEN TA:

We are a Special school with roughly 55 pupils, aged 4-19 who are on the Autism Spectrum. We work very closely with. We celebrate the development and achievements of every pupil while we support our students in every step of challenge that they may face. We gain on-going positive reviews from parents who highlight the "wonderful" support which our team provide to our lovely pupils.
