Job Description

FRCE are seeking for an experienced Room Leader on behalf of our client to join a dedicated team of Early Years Staff, in South West London. As such, we can guarantee you work with an outstanding reputable organisation & ensure we find the perfect role for you!

Our Clients' nursery is a loving environment filled with fun for both the children and the staff. The mission statement is to offer parents an environment for their children that is both secure and stable, so they could be worry free. Most parents find it extremely hard to leave their children in the care of others, but we feel as though a loving nursery can dispel these fears and allow parents to enjoy their work as much as we do!

Based in Central London
36 hrs per week
Salary: £21,000 to £22,000 /year depending on your qualifications and experience

Key Responsibilities
- You'll be monitoring both the performance of the room and the rest of the team.
- You must be able to communicate with the rest of the nursery family! Our client strongly believes in talking to one another to ensure that everyone has the chance to learn and grow together.
- You will be mentoring junior practitioners in order to help them advance and hopefully be as good as you!
- And of course, most importantly you have to be able to offer stimulating activities for the children that will keep them smiling.

At a Minimum, you will be required to hold one of the following Educational Qualifications

- NNEB
- BTEC Nat Dip
- CACHE Dip in Childcare
- NVQ level 3
- SVQ Level 3
