Job Description

Talent Management and Acquisition Administrator.

Overall Responsibility:
The Talent Management Administrator is primarily responsible for providing proactive, professional, accurate and efficient administration support for the Talent Management and Acquisition function. It is also responsible for providing wider administration support across Employer Engagement activity.

Responsibilities and Outcomes:

 To work cohesively and support Talent Management and Acquisition team on candidate generation and employer brand through proactive involvement and following instruction; seeking guidance and advice as appropriate
 Coordinate day-to-day administration within the Talent Management and Acquisition function relating to onboarding; induction and leadership development, as well as generalist development activities, including performance management processes, reporting and stakeholder notifications where appropriate
 Support Talent Acquisition team with careers events and assist in organising and administration of events where the Talent Management and Acquisition Team are expected to lead.
 Champion induction and onboarding process for all new starters
 Maintain group social media pages and contents relating to employer branding, onboarding and employee experiences.
 Provide administrative assistance and support for our Management Development, Graduate, Work Experience and Apprenticeship Programmes
 Deal promptly and politely with queries raised by employees, managers and external stakeholders; preferably face to face, but also by email or over the telephone
 Constantly looking at continuous improvement with current processes
