Job Description

Are you an organised administrator with HR experience? Would you like to work for an award-winning charity? If so, we have an exciting role for you.

About this role:
As an HR Administrator, you'll help us achieve our aims by supporting our HR department. Working within a committed and busy team, you'll tackle a wide range of administrative duties. Your work will span recruitment, on-boarding, payroll, HR reporting, employee relations and L&D work. It's a great way to build your skills and gain general HR experience.

Job purpose:
Provide a complete HR administration service in respect of recruitment, payroll, sickness absence and HR records.

Update the HR database when transactions are completed so that real time, accurate reports can be provided as and when required.

Undertake reception duties as necessary.
