Supporting adults with challenging needs isn't always easy, however, it is an extremely rewarding career choice. Your support could be the difference between a client maximising their full potential and living the best life they can! The positive impact you can have on another persons life is a reward in itself; if this motivates you, please get in touch.

At present, the social care industry in the UK is growing rapidly, which creates a huge range of opportunities for people to develop into rewarding and progressive careers. If you are passionate about supporting vulnerable people to live an enriched life, and if you feel that every person deserves the best, our clients want to hear from you!

We are currently working with a range of social care organisations in south London, and surrounding areas; all of which provide residential care, supported living, day centre facilities and outreach services. We are more than happy to support candidates with locum or permanent roles, dependent on your circumstances.

You will need to have a minimum of 6 months experience in the health and social care sector. In addition, we look out for candidates who are patient, nurturing, good communicators, have a true passion to make differences to the lives of vulnerable adults; and most importantly, a positive attitude!

We are seeking support workers who are looking for temp work on an agency basis. You will be required to cover early, late or night shifts weekly, so a level of commitment is essential. We can offer part time (20 hours per week) or full time (40+ hours per week) dependent on your personal circumstances. This would include requirement to work alternative weekends.

We are currently screening applications for the roles we have available with the view of arranging interviews over the next week or two.
