Care Assistant

We are currently looking for unqualified care assistants to work with elderly, Dementia & Alzheimer's in a residential homes in the area. Your role would be to motivate and encourage service users to be independent whilst supporting them with social, emotional and physical tasks and activities including personal care. As a care assistant you will be working as a team with the other staff to provide a high quality of person centred care to each service user. Communicating effectively with service users, families and members of staff to find their likes and preferences.
* Providing Personal Care
* 1:1 Support
* Social, Emotional and Physical support to all clients
* Light Domestic Duties
* Meal Preparation
* Support with activities

Paying for £8-10 per hour dependent on clients and which shifts you are able to work.


* Hold a valid DBS (Preferably registered with the online service checker)
* Must have over 9 months experience in care
* Able to work full time and do a mixture of earlies/ lates and the occasional weekends or nights

If you have a DBS that is registered with the online update service, we can offer you work more quickly. You must be able to provide a minimum of 5 years references and either have all mandatory training in date, or be prepared to complete this prior to starting your assignment.
