Support Worker for Adults With Learning Disabilities

West London & North West London

£18,000 to £20,500

We have permanent roles available for reliable support workers who are passionate about delivering quality care and who want to work for care & support organisations who are professional and supportive in their approach.

About the job:

You Will be support clients with Learning disabilities such as Epilepsy, Autism, Down syndrome etc. Having Experience within challenging behaviour will be crucial as you will come up against at least 1 client who will display this. It will be very beneficial for yourself and the client if you have some sort of experience within this area.

Please be aware you WILL NEED a VALID DBS to be put forward for an interview otherwise we will have to arrange one for you to complete one.

Working with this organisation you will be able to progress up the ladder into higher roles depending on experience! Also NVQ's are funded once you secure the full time job, so GET APPLYING NOW IF YOU FIT THE CRITERIA ABOVE AS WE DO RECEIVE HIGH VOLUMES OF CV'S!

Please Note:
* You must be FULLY flexible and be able to work a variety of shifts including weekends
* Experience within Learning disabilities for adults
* You must hold a valid DBS in the last 12 months or must be happy to do a new one
* Personal care is a MUST
